Caryl, former Account Executive & Business Development Manager for the Scarlets Rugby, joins Ouma as their new Project Manager, where she will be responsible for maintaining current customer relationships and bringing in new clients to the business. Caryl's latest involvement at the company and management of client retention will allow for the individual specialist departments at Ouma, including content creation, graphic design and social media management, to continue growing at a steady and impressive rate. Nominated for 'Welsh Woman in Sport, of the year' 2019, for her tangible contribution at Scarlets Rugby, Caryl brings with her, a wealth of experience, confidence in sales and strong interpersonal and engagement skills which will prove invaluable at the creative marketing agency. Ross Jones and Rachel Lyndon-Jones, co-directors at Ouma, are excited to have welcomed Caryl onboard and believe her ambition and enthusiasm will see her prosper at the company, as she continues to demonstrate exceptional professional ability within her new role.
