Role: Marketing Executive [Creative & Social]

Reports to: Director

Location: Llansamlet, Swansea

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience.

Hours of work: 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday

The Role

We’re looking for a creative individual to join our team as a marketing executive specialising in creative design and social media. You will be highly motivated, have a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong 'can do' attitude and be willing to make an inspiring contribution.

You will be responsible for producing designs, literature and artwork to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and understanding of the customer’s needs. You will also progress to managing customer social accounts, marketing campaigns and project management.

You will work alongside some of the industries most trusted and talented professionals who will take you through a detailed development plan, giving you the skills and knowledge to effectively develop in your role and become a specialist within the team.

What we’re looking for

Above all else, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude. Somebody who is open to learning and developing their skills, who is punctual and has a real desire for a career with Ouma.

Applicants will be able to demonstrate:

  • Design Experience / Examples of Design work

  • Great accuracy and eye for detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently

Essential Skills Required:

  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud (Especially InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)

  • Proficiency in Office 365

  • Good working knowledge of social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Desirable Skills / Experience (non-essential):

  • Website Design Experience

  • Commercial / Agency Experience
