Title: Visual Content Creator
Reports to: Directors
Location: Swansea City Centre. Hybrid
Full Time: 40 hours per week, flexible
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum dependent on experience.
Days of work: Monday – Friday

As a Content Creator specialising in creating visuals for social media, you will be producing high-quality visual content that captivates audiences, enhances brand recognition, and drives engagement for our clients' social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, capture, and edit striking photographs, videos and animations for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
• Produce creative and engaging visual content that reflects the client's message and brand while adhering to best practices for each platform.
• Utilise professional equipment, lighting, and post-production techniques to achieve high-quality results.
• Create multimedia content that tells compelling stories, highlights product features, and promotes services.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations.
• Monitor the performance of visual content and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to copyright and legal guidelines.

Required Experience:
• Experience in photography, videography and animation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, web content creation, and digital marketing best practices, with an ability to create photo and video content for Meta and TikTok.
• Proficiency with professional photography and videography equipment and editing software.
• A creative eye and a passion for storytelling through visual content.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a creative team.
• Knowledge of copyright and legal guidelines related to visual content creation.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of photography and videography work, particularly focused on social media.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a marketing agency or creative environment.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies, social media marketing, and advertising concepts.
